Social Sphere


Being a socially-oriented enterprise, UOMZ pays great attention to issues of social sphere development and increase of social security of employees. Creating decent living conditions for employees is one of the priority tasks facing the company. To implement it, an effective system of social security of employees has been created in UOMZ aimed at a high level of consolidation, motivation for effective labor activity and job satisfaction, which includes the following social programs:

  • salary increments for young workers and specialists;
  • premiums to employees of higher qualification (PhDs);
  • voluntary medical insurance of employees;
  • additional payments (subsidies) to employees for food;
  • additional payments (subsidies) to employees for sports;
  • allowances for the workers' children in preschool institutions;
  • payment for sanatorium treatment of employees;
  • organization of training of employees and children of employees in the targeted area at the expense of the enterprise;
  • compensation to employees of the Association of interest on housing loans.

UOMZ retained and develops the medical-sanitary unit, kindergartens, hostels, sports complex and "Zenith" recreation Centre.

In 2013, UOMZ became the winner of the All-Russian competition "Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency" in the nomination "For the development of social partnership in the organizations of the manufacturing sector."
