SLE 1000

SLE 1000 device of artificial ventilation of lungs for newborns

Function

nCPAP SLE1000 device - nasal CPAP therapy apparatus with a variable flow generator Unlike traditional CPAP devices where the user must monitor pressure and constantly adjust the flow to compensate for leaks and motor activity, SLE 1000 allows the personnel to set the desired pressure, and a special program continuously adjusts the flow to maintain this pressure. The device is used in maternity and neonatal intensive care units.

The main distinguishing feature of such systems is the use of special flow generators, which, using aerodynamic laws allow the use of smaller gas flows to create a positive pressure, and also reduce the patient's expiration resistance, reducing their breathing performance.

Advantages

  • Automatic flow rate control
  • Automatic leakage compensation
  • Electronic control of oxygen mixing and flow. Unlike traditional CPAP devices, this allows the doctor to accurately set the target airway pressure immediately (the use of the pressure-flow nomogram is unnecessary). In case of a child's motor activity and loose fit of the nasal cannulae, the leakage is automatically compensated by the build-up of the flow, and the pressure remains constant. Since an electronic gas mixer is used, with flow compensation, FiO2 is automatically maintained constant.
  • Continuous monitoring of apnea by airway pressure
  • Intelligent alarm system
  • Automatic calibration and adjustment of basic parameters
  • Screen with a good overview of the 360 ° alarm panel
  • Availability of the "Pressurization" function. Its use allows for a short time to increase the pressure by 3 mbar to restore the apneumatic alveoli or stimulate the independent breathing of the child
  • Built-in battery with a long service life (up to 4 hours)
  • Rotary input connector for medical gases, which makes it possible to use various mounting options for the device, incl. for transportation
